Setup is extremely easy and usually takes around 20 minutes. Simply inflate your Mega ice bath tub with the included pump and connect it to the cold plunge chiller with the included pump and filter. Instructions are included in the box.

Assembly: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet and drain access.

Fill & Chill: Fill with water (follow max level markings). Pre-cool by running the chiller for 2–4 hours (or add ice initially to speed up cooling).

Set Temperature: Use the digital control panel to set your desired temp (e.g., 10–15°C for beginners, lower for advanced users).

Maintenance: Add sanitizer (e.g., chlorine/bromine) to keep water clean. Use the built-in filtration system if available.

Usage: Limit sessions to 5–15 minutes for safety.
